Overall the experience was a great one. The cabins were clean and came with all the baaic needs for cooking and cleaning. The beds were warm and the location was perfect, walking distance to the stores and the lake. The owner was also very nice and informative.
Love this place. Been coming here for many years. Low key and mellow. 30 minutes to mammoth by the loop.
We have been staying at The Haven in June Lake for many years. The family friendly atmosphere has kept us coming back. The cabins are clean and neat. Each cabin has a kitchen with pretty much every thing you need to make a meal or enjoy a glass a wine on the deck. The deck has two BBQs for grilling the catch of the day with plenty of seating and nice views of the mountains and June Lake. June lake and fishing is just a short walk away, with other lakes, Gull lake only a little farther.
I stayed there for my vacation and it was awesome. Cozy cabins and a great view of the mountains. It's also less than an 8 min drive from Grant and a 6 minute walk away from Gull.
The Haven is a gem. The owners are the sweetest and June Lake is amazing. We can't wait to get back there.
The Haven is no longer providing short term lodging, and have converted to year round apartments.
I stayed long term and I had no problems at all. I loved the owners and they always were very kind to me. I would definitely recommend staying here long term, June lake it too beautiful to stay for a short time.
This has been our family getaway location for over 20 years. Great place to stay to make great memories .
This was one of the coolest places I have stayed. We stayed in a studio with its own kitchen and it was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I; not to mention the price was beyond reasonable for the location (it was about 30 minutes to the Eastern entrance of Yosemite, 2 hours from Yosemite Valley). It was a very quiet area and close to everything in June Lake village. We quickly fell in love with the area and cannot wait to visit again.
What a wonderful inn! Tonya was able to accommodate us last minute, room was neat, well furnished, and terribly charming. Definitely coming back for a romantic weekend!
